Simon Bachmann, CEO and co-founder. Executive manager responsible for project partnerships, customers and financing. Heading the business development with great passion but a formal education as health scientist. Could finally find the perfect activity as a blabbermouth and hasn’t missed a pitching opportunity since. But careful: Can get bitchy when tired!
Séverine Chardonnens, CTO and co-founder. Heading the technological development and industrialization of the electrodes for mass production. Moral and social support of the team with remarkable empathetic skills and insights into human nature. That’s right, a CTO with “people skills”.
Andrew Moore, CFO. Andrew is an experienced CFO in both startups and stock exchange quoted companies. He worked as a private and investment banker, venture capitalist and raised over EUR 15 million for a startup in the Medtech sector. At IDUN Technologies he supports the accounting, budgeting and fundraising for the upcoming Series A. Andrew is a smart, humble team member always ready to help.
Andrea Fümm, system engineer and problem solver. Andrea has a strong passion for electrical engineering and hands-on tasks. Responsible for product testings and data analysis, he is the connector between electrode and hardware. To his bad luck, he is also shelter and mental support for “unsolvable” tasks like printer installations or network connectivity problems.
Lucas Zortea, product developer and critical thinker. Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree from ZHAW Winterthur in materials and process engineering. He uses his industry experience for production processes and scale-up initiatives. His creative inputs are genuinely cherished and oftentimes bring the crucial puzzle piece to solve a problem.
Katja Junker, product developer. Katja is a chemist by education and holds a PhD from the Polymer Chemistry Group at the Department of Materials at ETH Zurich. With more than three years of work experience in application-oriented R&D as well as expertise in Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015) she is a great complementary addition to the team.
Alexa Vollenweider, business developer. Alexa holds a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from ETH Zurich. She acts as business developer and project manager. Alexa combines a thorough understanding of biomedical engineering with skills in project management, an outgoing personality and an eagerness to learn. She has rapidly developed into an invaluable member of the team.
Christoph Untersander, product designer and creative mind. Responsible for the highly ungrateful task to translate the teams’ crazy ideas into visual output. On the bright side, since he works for IDUN, he could drastically remove his heating bill, because his 3D printer has taken over this job. Let’s not talk about the electricity bill though….
